And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

Psalm 1:3
What's New
Another Christmas has come and gone, and it is now a new year. We had such a blessed Christmas as we had the chance to spend it in Michigan with my family. We have some great photos that are on the Holiday page. The children were so happy that it snowed a lot while we were there. Us Tennesseans don't get much of that white stuff down here, and when we do, it doesn't last long. We had snow all week in Michigan and it flurried several days that we were there. However, because of the low temperatures, the snow never warmed enough to pack well, so we never did get to make a snowman. Oh well, maybe next year!

The year is filling up already, lots of goings on in the Arnold house. Michael is back at work after the holiday. Connie is busy at home, keeping up with all the duties of the house and activities the children are in. I keep busy with the five web sites I am now responsible for and love doing. I will be leading a 7 week bible study starting the end of January for a small group of women in our church. Michael and I are planning our anniversary weekend at Hidden Mountain in Pigeon Forge for sometime in March. Jared will start soccer again soon and is currently taking Isshinryu Karate. Myah is in Cheer at TSN and in the heart of competition season, so we have been traveling some to watch her compete. Caleb and Joshua, still to little to be in their own activities, love to tag along and watch their older brother and sister. Life is full and wonderful and we are blessed by God for all we have.
What is an Aerie?
An aerie (as defined by good old Webster) is the nest of an eagle built on a crag or other high place. Michael graduated from Rhea County High School, home of the Golden Eagles. Today we still live where the Eagles fly...Welcome to our Aerie!
All About Us
Michael and Connie tied the knot on March 3, 2001 in the wonderful city of Dayton, Tennessee. We live here on our family farm. Find out how we met, fell in love, and married on our Courtship and our Wedding pages. Our Family page tells more about our extended family and what is going on in our lives.

Michael is a Math and Science teacher at Dayton City School. Connie is a stay at home mom and loves it tremendously though it is a never ending challenge.

We have been blessed with four beautiful healthy children. Jared, our 8 year old, loves to read, takes Karate, plays Soccer and is in 3rd grade. Myah, our 5 year old fireball and Strawberry Queen, has started Kindergarten this year and takes competition cheerleading at a new gym that just opened up in Rhea County. Caleb our little comedian, turned 3 in December and loves most to play with his train set or ride tractor with Daddy. Joshua turned 1 on the 4th of July and is my cuddler, so sweet but definitely the baby and loves to get his way.
